AWS created a new instance for the dashboard service which seems to have had issues with installing dependencies via SSH. Forcing it to use HTTPS instead seemed to have resolved the issue. The admin dashboard was temporarely unavailable and a 502 error page was temporarely shown by Cloudflare.
